View source for PostGIS on Amazon AWS

I have been experimenting with PostGIS in Docker the last few weeks as part of my project of putting together a Docker-Compose based [[GeoServer]].

I am now looking into what it takes to put GeoServer into Amazon AWS. I am totally new to AWS. I signed up for the trial / free tier
a few months ago but only now have turned my attention to it.

My goal is just to stand up a GeoServer for testing, and I want to keep everything inside the "free tier". I think this is possible.

Data tranfer IN is free. Transfer OUT to Internet up to 1GB is free.

"As part of AWS�s Free Usage Tier, new AWS customers will receive free 15 GB of data transfer out each month aggregated across all AWS services for one year."

Well, free for what's left of my free trial year I guess. Good enough for me.

The posting is pretty much just an announcement "this is possible".

Everything seems dated to 2013 though, I wonder why.

Set up MFA via Google Authenticator

Set up IAM users Administrator (NOT what I named it, but I gave my account admin access) and mobot (API access)
