Summary: this thing does everything I'd want from an outdoor WiFi network component. And it's $83.
Runs Linux; boots FAST.
You can connect to its simple Web interface, which permits direct access to MANY settings. You can use ssh or telnet to get a command shell; there is also a simple command shell access window in the Web interface.
1 watt transmit test mode + 20 power settings from 0 to 24 dBm.

I can't find it!
Q. I changed the IP address and I don't remember its new value!
A. Use the "Discovery" tool. Works like a champ.

Criticisms
Not crazy over the seal on the housing. If it works, great. I live in Oregon and anticipate that condensation will kill these. I will let you know.
