I got a Sony bluetooth stereo audio adapter, in Sony's catalog, from Amazon for about $50.
It is intended to allow playing music from a bluetooth mp3 player or phone. I connected the line out to an available line input on my stereo receiver.
It pairs with MacBook Pro, so that I can watch movies on the laptop and listen to the audio track on the stereo.
It will send audio (but you have to throw a switch to put it in Tx mode) so you could feed music to a pair of bluetooth headphones.

I have had this headset for about a month now. Have not really done much with it except confirm it works. I have connected successfully with a Motorola Razr phone and a Dell Axim X50V. I have not gotten it to work yet with a bluetooth/usb dongle and a computer. Either windows or linux.
