"Chirp" is an application that programs radios.
I use it for the Kenwood TM-271A Kenwood TM-D710A and Kenwood TH-6A but it does not support the Kenwood TH-D74A at this time.
I wonder if it works for the Icom FC-11 radios stashed in my closet. I should check on that.
