Help from Garmin

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble downloading your City Navigator map to your Monterra. To help resolve this issue I would suggest deleting your browsing history. Here is an article explaining how to delete your browsing history:  http://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/case.faces?caseId={5daf7d30-dc5f-11df-48fb-000000000000}

Additionally I would suggest adding Garmin to your trusted sites. (Windows only) Please follow the instructions below to add Garmin to your trusted sites:

To get to the Trusted Sites menu:

    Open Internet Explorer
    Click Tools
    Click Internet Options
    Click Security tab
    Select Trusted Sites
    Click Sites button

Once the Trusted Sites box is open, modify the Garmin sites:

    Select and remove *.garmin.com (if listed)
    Add buy.garmin.com, my.garmin.com, sso.garmin.com and connect.garmin.com to Trusted Sites*
    Close Trusted Sites window

After editing the Garmin sites, the Protected Mode settings will need to be edited:

    Select Internet and ensure there is a check in the box for Enable Protected Mode
    Select Local intranet, Trusted sites, and Restricted sites one by one, ensuring there is not a check in the box for Enable Protected Mode
    Click OK
    Close any Internet Explorer windows

 *It may be necessary to ensure there is no check in the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" box in order to complete this step.
