Telepathy needs D-Bus, which is built in to Linux but not Windows. So first I need to see if it's at all practical to use D-Bus on Windows. Before I can do that I need to learn more about D-Bus!!

D-Bus

Telepathy needs D-Bus, which is built in to Linux but not Windows. At one point this really mattered to me, but currently I use Windows only to run ArcGIS.
