- Sign in to Google
- Get yourself a map API key. (Have your credit card ready.)
- Go to https://google.com/maps/d/
- Click on Create New Map
Prepare the data you want to use.
To put points on a map, set up a CSV file with X,Y columns and a title attribute. If you want different graphics then add a column to define that too.
