Now a github project. Ignore subversion instructions. Download / build / install into /usr/local

sudo apt-get install python-psycopg2
cd ~/src
git clone https://github.com/django/django.git
cd django
sudo python setup.py install

test

django-admin.py

Initial tests

My initial testing will be with sqlite, then I will move on to postgresql to get PostGIS going.
