Tracfone

Julie's Tracfone needs more minutes. She loves her ancient phone but it only works when it has minutes. I carefully record username.password info so I know it's Tracfone's problem. Regardless, their account recovery page fails.

When I try the account information recovery mode I get this.

The results are the same in

• Firefox
• Safari (Usually works when Firefox does not.)
• Chrome (yick; had to download a copy)
• Internet Explorer (never use it but I am desperate)

How curious is this?
