Been all over touring and been Julie's daily driver since before time began. Bought used around 1992 from a guy who was a Gary Fisher rep in San Rafael. Frame has carbon fiber tubes bonded to Ti lugs, steel fork Ned Overend World Champion label on the top tube I put mid-fork rack mounts on the fork. It needs paint now.

Adjusting the brakes
It says to simply loosen the two torx bolts on one side, adjust the caliper, tighten.
Torque settings: 4Nm and 6Nm
