Reading voxilla.com forums, basically there are no providers who provide any customer support. :-)
I wonder if I can use http://packet8.net/ service, or 8x8? or http://www.FreeworldDialup.com/ or GizmoProject or siphone.com ... there must be a 100 out there by now.
