Tracfone

Julie's Tracfone needs more minutes. She loves her ancient phone but it only works when it has minutes.

When I tried to add minutes tonight, I was not able to log in.

I carefully record username and password info for every account that I own so I know it's Tracfone's problem. Not a big deal, but their account information recovery page fails.

When I try the account information recovery mode I get this mysterious dialog. What to enter in the first field? Clicking on the "help" link reveals another empty box!

I assumed it was a funny browser bug, so, I tried it in other browsers.

The results are the same in

• Firefox
• Safari (Usually works when Firefox does not.)
• Chrome (yick; had to download a copy)
• Internet Explorer (never use it but I am desperate)

How curious is this?

I am writing to Tracfone. Hopefully they will help me soon, Julie has 1.9 units remaining!
