2023-04-18 I took the First Aid / CPR / AED class today so naturally it makes me want to go shopping. Last time I checked the kit I carry when hiking, I found a few things in there that had expired around 1995.
The instructor (a Deputy with Clatsop County) recommended North American Rescue for some supplies.
He suggested every kit should include Narcan (widely available), CAT tourniquets, "Combat gauze", and a pocket mask.
Duct tape! Super Glue! Yay.
