Screws -- I got mine from McMaster Carr

90910A683 Torx rounded button head screws, stainless steel 2-56 x 5/16", 25 for $8.80

They also have allen head for $6 92949A078 which is what I bought, Torx are probably better.

Drill bit -- I got standard length from McMaster Carr, to combine everything into one order. Drill bit this small are fragile so I got 4. A better choice is this Kodiak Cutting Tools part number 102958 #50 (.070") shorty $1.11 each, they are shorter and therefore stiffer.

Procedure

1. Take case off
2. "Center punch" the broken rivets with a hot soldering iron
3. Drill them
4. Install screws
5. Cut off remaining rivets with a sharp wood chisel
6. Center punch, drill, install screws
7. Reassemble case
