Imap module note

Adam suggested copying the imap python module to site-packages.

I believe all iMap python code is better kept with the rest of the iMap code to make the installation cleaner.

My suggestion is to create a .pth file,

I moved the folder from siteLib/ to website/. and I put this in the file c:/Python24/iMap.pth

c:\mapserver\iMap\website

This works like a champ. I plan on moving the module directory to iMap/lib instead of keeping it in iMap/siteLib...
