Ford Duratec
Ford Racing is supposed to start selling crate engines in 2012. Transmission would be either the T9 (rare) or the T5. I think I could get a new T5.

Tires and wheels
Want to get rid of wire wheels, which means I need to replace the front hubs and rear axle shafts and diff housing.
Stock: 4 x 4" x 13" (100mm) bolt pattern
I want something very conservative / traditional racing look like Panasport / Minilite style with 165-70 13" tires. but there are very few 13" tires out there.
Thinking about going to a P165SR14 like this one from Michelin

Check 10.10 tires for tires. They have a great size calculator. 165/70 13" or 165/65 14" look good.
Winner's Circle has excellent rear end upgrades
Final drive ratio: stock 4.22, replace with 3.55
Early RX7 has a 4 x 4 1/2 bolt pattern, same as MGB. So can I put MGB parts on the front end and use 4 x 4 1/2 wheels all around?
